This latest report  was produced by Dr Diane McDonald (In.di.go Network) and Ursula Kelly (Viewforth Consulting)  with advisory input from Emeritus Professor Iain McNicoll (Viewforth Consulting) and Dr George Weir ( University of Strathclyde.)  It was launched in London on 13th March at the Wellcome Trust.
